Khong & Jaafar (Property Management) Sdn Bhd is managed by two main shareholders, Tuan Haji Ahamad Latib and Mr. Elvin Fernandez assisted by a team of professional staff head by its General Manager, Mr. Robert Tan who is a qualified Civil Engineer.

Tivoli Villas Management office is managed by the Building Manager, Mr. Arif Azizi M Resid and his team of supporting staff.
