| Dear all,
Please be informed that we have appointed Wai Kong Tours &Travel (M) Sdn Bhd to provide free shuttle services (14 seater luxury van) to take owners and tenants of Tivoli Villas Condominium to 1 Utama shopping centre.
This shuttle service will be operating from 1st October 2007. the proposed shuttle schedule is as follows:
Tivoli Villas Pick Up Time (infront of our guard house)
Time: 10.00 am, 11.00 am, 12.00 pm and 1.00 pm (Monday to Friday only, exclude public holidays)
1 Utama Pick Up Time (infront of New Wing Main Entrance)
2.30 pm, 4.00 pm, 5.00 pm and 6.00 pm (Monday to Friday only, exclude public holidays)
I hope with this shuttle service, the tenants and owners who lives in Tivoli Villas would have a good time for shopping and it's hassle free. Let's make Tivoli Villas a better place for living.

6. Approval of expenditure recommended by Tender Sub-Committee.
7. Monthly Property Manager's report by Mr.Thirunyanamurugan.
8. Proposed Code of Ethics and Conduct for Council members.
9. Proposal by Council members to censure Melanie Ann Radhika for innappropriate behaviour and conduct for bringing disrepute to TVMC and all Council members of 2007 and 4 selected Council members of 2006.
10. Appointment of owner, Mr.C.H. Loh or other lawyer to represent TVMC at hearing of Consumer Caims Tribunal by Melanie Ann Radhika against TVMC and all Council members of 2007 and 4 selected council member of 2006.
11. Discussion of Statement of Defence on suit by Melanie Ann Radhika against TVMC and all council members of 2007 and 4 selected Council members of 2006 and council's proposed plan of action.
12. Proposal by Council members to appoint Mr. Dominic Puthucheary or other reputable lawyers to sue Melanie Ann Radhika in the High Court for damaging the reputation and bringing disrepute to TVMC and all Council members of 2007 and 4 selected Council members of 2006.
13. Correspondence from owners.
14 .Any other matters.

| Kindly be informed that false alarm will be intermittently ringing on the following date and time to facilitate service works:-

The servicing work is necessary to ensure good maintenance of fire alarm system in the building and ultimately to provide continuous protection and safe environment to our valued residents.

| Mosquitoes Fogging for Month of July 2007. |

| Kindly be informed that a 'mosquitoes fogging' operation will be conducted in our premises on Wednesday, 18 July 2007 from 4.00 p.m to 6.30 p.m.
The fogging is being carrying out to control harmful mosquitoes' population in our area and is part of our continuous effort to make Tivoli Villas a better place to live in.
We strongly advised those who may have an allergy reaction to the chemical used (Chemical Used : Malathion) to stay in-doors with closed doors and windows; and drivers to drive their vehicles at very minimum speed with beam lights are on.
Any disruption to your lifestyle is very much regretted. Should you have any queries please do not hesitate to call The Management for clarification.

| Dear Residents, Owners, Tenants and Friends of Tivoli Villas,
In Malaysia, "gotong-royong" is the concept of doing things together and helping each other in the spirit of "muhibbah" or goodwill.
Come Saturday, July 07th at 08.30 a.m, we will revive the "muhibbah" spirit. The Council of Tivoli Villas cordially invite all the residents, owners, tenants and friends to show their unflinching support by attending this gathering to meet with each other, to renew fellowship amongst the regulars, to introduce yourselves to the pleasant neighbours as well as making new friends.
This "gotong-royong" will be held at our concourse area, dress casually and bring your family along and be prepared for "pot-luck" experience.
No booking will be needed; however, you may confirm your attendance with the Tivoli Villas Management Office (03-2096 2979).
