| Car Park |

| 1. All vehicles must bear the Desa Pesona Sticker and parked at the correct car park bays.
2. All vehicles must be parked orderly and within the own car park and must in no way hinder other residents, failure to do so will result in your Car Park Stickers been cancelled and your vehicles prevented from entering into the condo.
3. Waywardly parked vehicles may find their wheels clamped and a fee shall be levied before the clamps are removed.

| Swimming Pool |

| 1. Only the correct swimming attires (swimming suit for ladies and swimming trunks for men) are allowed.
2. Use of the swimming pool is subjected to the rules and regulations pasted at the wall outside the men's toilet and changing room.
3. The management and security guards reserve the right to ask you and your guest to leave the pool if the rules and regulations are not followed and the correct swimming attire not used.

| Squash Courts |

| 1. Only residents are allowed to use the squash courts , no guest is allowed
2. Food is not allowed in the squash courts and the squash court lobby.
3. Smoking is not allowed in the squash court and at the squash court lobby

| Garbage |

| 1. Rubbish collection time is between 9.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon from Monday to Saturday.
2. You are to provide a dustbin with a cover to put your rubbish. Do not leave any rubbish on the floor. If you have big items to throw please throw them our condo garbage bins at B3.
3. You are to keep your lobby area clean and clear of personal artifacts/belongings.

| Water Bill |

| 1. You are to record your water meter on every 15th of the month and write it on the form provided. We will estimate your bill if you fail to do so.
2. Please pay your water bill at the maintenance office at B1 within 2 weeks after you receive your water bill. Failure to do so may result in water cut.

| Visitors |

| 1. All visitors are to register at the guard house.
2. Visitor vehicles are now allowed into the condo and parking shall be restricted to the 2 parking spaces between Block A and Block B subject to the appropriate rules.

| Maintaining peace and quietness |

| 1. You are not allowed to do the following in the units after 7.00 p.m.
a) Hammering of nails to wall
b) Moving of furniture
c) Fixing (DIY) items
d) Jumping (exercise)
2. Please do not shout laugh or talk loudly after 10.00 p.m.
3. The management, Security guards and other residents reserves the right to ask you to keep the noise level down. In the event of persistent non-cooperation, the Police will be called in. (It will be very uncomfortable when the Police is called in because the offender(s) will have to spend the night and much of the next day at the Police Station.)
