The resident can the use the facility from 0800 hours to 2000 hours everyday. However all resident shall abide to the rules and regulations stipulated for the usage.

| Meeting with DBKL on 12.3.07 on building Objection |

| We had a meeting with the DBKL on 12.3.07 on the objection of building a new block of condo with 15 storey height in front of Bayu Angkasa Condo. The attendance included Kent Damansara and the new condo developer. We have expressed of our concern on traffic congestion if development is allowed, further has a total elimination of green lungs in Bukit Bandraya, Construction will effect the safety of our Building structure and the level of noise and dust will be high in Bayu if construction was allowed . We appeal to DBKL to look into all these matters before approving the budiing plans. DBKL noted on our objection ground and will reply to us in a written reply. |

| DENGUE FEVER
Please take note that the dengue in a on the high lately.
Dengue fever is caused by dengue virus. It can be transmitted by the bite of aedes mosquitoes. To avoid dengue, we have to ensure that the breading ground of the mosquitoes aedes is eliminated.
We, as the Management of Bayu Angkasa Condominium has taken the necessary step to stop the breading and spreading of mosquitoes in the condominium compound by discharging stagnant water, adding alum powder into the water retention area to terminate larva and increase the frequency of fogging more than once a month.
However we would like to seek your co-operation to do same preventive measure inside your unit by doing the following :
To check everyday the water retention area like flower pot tray, fridge drainage tray, vase and etc for possible mosquitoes larva. You are also advise to change and/or discharge these water regularly and to add alum powder where possible to prevent mosquitoes larva from breading.
