Optic Fiber
OCE's commitment to its customers start from the very beginning of receiving its incoming raw material "preforms" with the incoming quality inspection and right down to the final finished product - the Optical Fiber. To produce quality fiber, proper housing environment (clean room system), high-tech equipment for both production and finished product quality testing are necessary for which OCE are well equipped.

Optic Cable 
Since 1994, OCE has been specialized in making optic fiber cable to be terminated by various type of connectors such as SC, ST, FC, FDDI, LC, MU and MT-RJ. Such cable are used for patchcord or jumper cord including simplex and zipcord. OCE also manufacture short distance distribution cable for outdoor and indoor use. They included duplex distribution and n-cords (4/6/8/12/24) break out cables. Other cables produced by OCE also included the 1mm, 2mm and 3mm fan out cable used in patch panel or lightwave equipment. The fiber used in the cables can either be 50 micron Multimode, 62.5 micron multimode or single mode.

Many years, OCE has been developing and designing cable to suit customer's requirement. The requirement varies from fire retardant and smoke-free rating for indoor cable to UV protection and water resistance for outdoor cable, Technical consideration such as minimum bend radius are taken. Physical properties such as operating and storage temperature, pulling and resting tension for cable in riser and crash and impact properties in plenum and underground duct also considered. Many standard are observed.
